I would think colon cleanses are for older people with lifetime of built up garbage in their systems. It could help you though if you wanted to do it. But my point is… I doubt that it would fix your ibs. There is something more serious going on.
never used colon cleansing. DO NOT USE ENEMAS unless instructed by your doctor, that can flush out GOOD bacteria that helps you digest so you can’t crap without an enema eventually. Only if your doctor says it is ok. I’d look into your toxic metals but you’d have to find a holistic/naturopathic doctor for that. Or maybe your regular doctor can do it for you, the urine test I mean its a take home urine test. They are ALL quick to diagnose ibs

Yeah my doctor was quick to diagnose IBS, but I still asked for more testing to her dislike hahaha. They even offer a IBS class at Kaiser.

I’m going to keep going, i’m on a roll. Did you know that one of the BIGGEST causes of IBS? Did you know that toxic metals get stuck in your body and inhibit PROPER digestion? that is one WIDESPREAD cause of “IBS” the bullshit syndrome. Syndrome by definition is a collection of symptoms and NOT a conclusive diagnosis.
With “IBS” you have to do your own research. The doctors don’t give a rats ass. They just pass off IBS onto people because they fail to turn positive for certain tests. Doctors dont do anywhere near the amount of proper testing that they should.
Go get a full allergy panel, food intolerance test, food sensitivity test. You may be ingesting gluten or lactose or corn or soy and not even know it. You can get it from vitamin capsules, from contaminated cookware, etc. Places you would not expect. IBS is BULLSHIT
Xforever – I would disagree. Been diagnosed with IBS and I have been tested and tested for thyroid etc etc.. I tried not eating certain foods months at a time and no help.
100% raw vegan diet of juices and blended foods is the cure for ulcertive colitis. symptoms will go away within a week to a month, you have to not do heating foods- cayenne, garlic or onion.

In the case that you already have, you should speak to your doctor about increasing the medication. This is not the language or the actions of a normal 50 year old.
